The WARNING name, logo, deck graphics, and site content are the property of Warning Skate Shop and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Skateboarding carries inherent risks; always use appropriate safety equipment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warning Skate Shop is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
